I forgot my Username and/or Password, whom should I contact for assistance?

I logged into my application and all the information I previously entered is gone. What do I do?

It is likely that you have two application accounts and logged into the wrong one by mistake. Check to see if you have the original confirmation email from when you created your application – this will include the matching username and password. You can also use the “Forgot Username/Password” link to retrieve login credentials. Also, we highly suggest saving each screen as you complete the online application.

I don't believe I am receiving e-mails regarding the status of my application. What should I do?

E-mailed updates will be sent to the e-mail account associated with your application and will originate from one of the following addresses:

admissions@simon.rochester.edu
support@applyyourself.com
support@hobsons.com

Check your e-mail settings to allow e-mails from the above addresses.

I need to revise my essay, résumé, or supplemental materials but I have already submitted my application. What should I do?

Unfortunately, updates are not allowed after an application is completed and sent to the Admissions Committee for review.

Can I check the status of my application?

Yes. Once your application is processed, you will be able to see whether or not we have received your materials and if it’s under review. Please wait at least 15 business days after submitting your application, to allow for sufficient processing time. If you have questions, or suspect an error in the processing of your materials, please e-mail us at admissions@simon.rochester.edu.
